What does "Director's Discussion Forum" mean?
It means access to our growing Facebook community of child care leaders who talk, eat and sleep thinking about running their child cares. It's truly an amazing resource.
How does support work?

Can I pay with a check or purchase order?
Members on Pro or Center plans must pay with credit or debit card. Members on our Corporate/Agency plan may pay with credit card, check, or purchase order. Reach out to email@example.com to set up a purchase order or to pay with a check.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes, you'll be emailed an invoice every time your subscription is renewed.
Is payment secure?
We use Stripe to handle all our payments and Stripe has been audited by a PCI-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry. To accomplish this, they use the best-in-class security tools and practices to maintain a high level of security on every transaction.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, you can easily cancel your subscription from your profile page with a click of a button.
What is your refund policy?
We’re fully committed to building a membership that you love. If for whatever reason you’re unsatisfied with your CQEL membership, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days to receive a full refund.
